At NAIWOR LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read the following policy for details on returns and refunds.
- Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@naiwor.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. - Return Process

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
- Late or Missing Refunds
